Therapy That Fits Your Life

You don’t need to drive across town, find parking, sit in a waiting room, or rearrange your entire day to go to therapy.

You just need a private space and an internet connection.

Virtual therapy gives you the same dedicated time, personal connection, and meaningful therapeutic work as in-person counselling, with a lot more flexibility.

You can meet with me from the comfort of your own home. Sit on your favourite couch. Grab a coffee. Bring the dog. Close the door and take an hour that is completely yours.

And convenient doesn’t mean less effective.

Research has found that virtual therapy can be comparable to in-person therapy for many mental health concerns. The important part isn’t whether we’re sitting in the same room. It’s the relationship we build, the work we do together, and having a space where you feel safe enough to be honest.

Virtual sessions also mean therapy can fit into real life.

There’s no commute before or after your appointment. No rushing from work. No worrying about weather or traffic. And if life is already overwhelming, getting support doesn’t have to become one more complicated thing on your schedule.

We can do meaningful, deeper therapeutic work virtually, including EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, and other evidence-based approaches. You can learn to regulate your nervous system, process difficult experiences, understand old patterns, and begin creating change—all from a space where you already feel comfortable.

Sometimes being in your own environment actually makes it easier to settle in and do the work.

Therapy shouldn’t make your life harder in order to make your life better.

Virtual therapy makes getting support simpler.

Same connection. Same meaningful work. Just without the commute.

I offer secure virtual counselling to clients throughout British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario.
