About Irene
I weave together a tapestry of healing practices to support your journey and personal growth. This includes the gentle flow of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), the deep body wisdom of Somatic Therapy, and the nurturing embrace of Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also draw from a variety of other powerful, evidence-based techniques, all attuned to your unique energy, creating a holistic and transformative experience that honors every part of you.
I hold a Masters Degree in Social Work, as well as two undergraduate degrees. I am a Registered Social Worker with the BC College of Social Workers (#10781), the Alberta College of Social Workers (#18976), and the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (#832774).

I’m from Toronto originally, but I spent nearly two decades soaking up the beauty of BC. These days, Alberta is where I hang my hat, nestled in Edmonton with my husband and our three (maybe slightly spoiled) dogs.
